[6262] Test Engineer

Clearance: NATO Secret

Duties & Role:

• The incumbent will provide Software Testing Support for the delivery of Integrated Command and Control (ICC) related gap capability work packages.

Requirements:

• Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Ability to analyse requirements and develop structured test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Understanding of when to apply manual versus automated testing, including:
o Functional testing
o Regression testing
o Performance testing
o Security testing
• Ability to query databases using SQL.
• Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman and SOAPUI.
• Experience managing and logging defects/issues using systems such as JIRA.
• A meticulous eye for detail, combined with a logical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify edge cases and potential defects.
• User-level experience with Linux operating systems.

Desirable:

• Experience with Integrated Command and Control (ICC).
• Experience as an AAR-SME, including:
o Tanker Cell Coordinator at CAOC/JFAC level.
o C2/Fighter Bomber Planner.
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Playwright
